Mike Dennis

I'm Mike Dennis, a born and bred New Zealander. I have lived and fished in Southland since 1993, mainly on the Mataura River and its tributaries. As a keen fly fisherman, I also enjoy tying dryflys and nymphs for use on our local waters. As a local guide, I look forward, as a privilege, to meeting anglers from here and overseas and introducing all to the wonderful fishing experience this region can offer. I can cater for the beginner to the more experienced angler and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience of the local waters and what fly or nymph is required.
